　　Spring and Autumn Falchion is one skill of the Shaolin weapon forms. Falchion is the most powerful and difficult in the eighteen kinds of weapons, called the chief of weapons. Its characteristics are compact pattern, verisimilar configuration, and particular. The skills include chop, cupper cut, lop, cleave, pare, crosscut, party, press, twist, and grind, and so on. During practicing, there are movements of entwine waist, entwine neck, cloud before the chest, brandish on back, super adding the several of footwork‘s, stances, it forms a complete routine.
