　　本片对三十二式太极拳进行了逐段逐动教学示范。特邀中国人民大学教授、北京市武术协会副主席、中华武林百杰、国际武术裁判、太极拳名师李德印先生主讲；特邀北京体育大学讲师，1988-1993年全国太极拳剑比赛冠军获得者，宗维洁老师示范，他们经验丰富，示范准确、讲解清楚，对初学太极拳的朋友是一部优秀且难得的影像教材。
32-Postures Taiji is the officially-granted textbook for the technical teaching course of Tiaji Band Four (according to the Regulation of Chinese Martial Arts). Regulation of Chinese Martial Arts is a regulation released by the National Martial Regulation Agency, and the technical teaching courses attached to it are strictly designed for all requirements. All the standardized courses are set scientifically, systematically. This offers a good opportunity for all Wushu and sports fans.
This show demonstrates the 32-Postures Taiji discomposedly. We have the great honor to have Mr.Li Deyin and Mr.Zong Weijie to be our lecturer and demonstrators respectively. Mr.Li is professor of Renmin University of China, Vice-chairman of Wushu Association of Beijing, one of the Chinese Top-100 Wushu Masters, internationally recognized referee of Wushu, master of Taiji; And Mr.Zong is lecturer of Beijing Sport University, national hampion of Taiji and Taiji Sword from 1988 to 1993. Both of them are quite experienced in this area with their accurate demonstration and clear illustration, which make this video show a hard-to-get textbook for first learners of Taiji.
