　　少林阴阳棍是少林棍法之一，自盘古开天辟地，日为阳，月为阴，阳为刚，阴为柔，阴阳棍也是刚柔相济，虚实不定，亦刚亦柔，变化在刚柔之中，声东击西，疾攻威猛，稳中求胜，是少林棍法中的上乘功夫。常见动作有：刺棍、点棍、辟棍、舞花。

　　Shaolin Yin yang Staff is one kind of shaolin staff techniques. In Chinese culture, the heaven and earth are divided into yin and yang. The sun represents the yang while the moon represents the yin. The yang means the hardness, and the yin means the softness. It is preformed hard and soft, with alternating feints and attacks. Combination of the hardness and softness, it is the superior skills for actual combat. Frequently used movements are thrust, strike down, point, smash and brandish staff with vertical circle figure.
