  　　Free Sparring in Nature School has the same feature of the sets of
  boxing in it. The movements change without any hints; the stillness
  and motion turn into each other without beginning and ending; the
  movements are performed between firmness and emptiness; all the
  movements are performed naturally. Its requirements for the hands
  are: moving inside is as strong as the steel hook and stabbing as
  sharp as the broadsword; be as strong as the hard stone when you
  meet the opponent and as gluey as the gluey water; hide as quick as
  the wind and dodge as agile as the sword coming out of the scabbard;
  the opponent will has nowhere to escape but hand up to surrender.
